Sunday 7 April

Arrive after 4pm or Ride from Dudgeley Farm TREC Camp to Shadymoor. 2 routes to choose from, newcomers/L1 or L2 upwards. Can include grids and bearings challenge if requested .

Settle horse in stable at Shadymoor, then collect vehicle from Dudgeley (alternatively take vehicle to Shadymoor before riding over).

Evening meal in farmhouse or local pub .

Farmhouse room.

Stable with straw bed and hay .

Monday 8 April

Full English breakfast.

There will be a choice of routes to copy (simulated map room) and then ride (optional grids and bearings test) Option to take picnic .

Various map and POR exercises, tailored to attendees experience and requirements.

Evening meal in farmhouse or local pub.

Farmhouse room .

Stable with straw bed and hay .

Tuesday 9 April

Full English breakfast

Free time to explore the area before departing, rooms vacated by 10am, use of stable and facilities until 4pm

You can take full advantage of the direct access onto local bridleways. There are 3 pubs within riding distance and for the adventurous, you could do all 3 in one day.

For newcomers there is an option to book escorted POR, with the security of your trainer to ensure you do not get lost.

Tack and dress informal but safe. Riders must wear hats of PAS015 or EN1384 or superior standard. All hats must have a properly fitted and fastened chinstrap which must be worn at all times when mounted. Body protectors are recommended. Neither the organisers nor the landowners can accept responsibility for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to any horse, other animal, rider, spectator or any other person or property. Attendees must have public liability insurance. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or refuse any entry.
