Do I need to attend every Zoom chats?

Not at all. The Zoom chats are optional but highly recommended—they’re a chance to share wins, ask questions, and stay inspired.

What's in the personalised check-ins?

If you choose Compass Plus or Pro, you’ll get 1:1 coaching-style check-ins to review your goals, adjust your plan, and stay aligned. These are short, focused, and tailored to your riding journey.

Is this suitable for novice or advanced riders?

Yes! The prompts and structure are designed to support riders at all levels. Whether you’re building confidence or refining performance, you’ll find clarity and momentum here.

Can I upgrade later?

Absolutely. You can start with Compass and upgrade to Plus or Pro if you want more personalised support mid-season.
