đ There are a number of techniques I recommend to stop the mind monkey taking charge đ
đ§ââď¸Breathe- take 3 deep breaths if you feel an undesired reaction coming on. This will calm your mind and give you time to choose your reaction đ§ââď¸
đ Focus - think about the options you have, the choices, in responding to the trigger, choose one that you will be happy about tomorrow đ
2ď¸âŁ These are just two simple things you can choose to do now, create new positive habits 2ď¸âŁ
