💜 Think about this, life happens, we have choices for how we react, we really do. 💜

‼️ Now, we often react in auto pilot, yes I can hear you say, and before we can think about it “bosh” our mind monkey has spoken for us! ‼️

👍 There are a number of techniques I recommend to stop the mind monkey taking charge 👍

🧘‍♀️Breathe- take 3 deep breaths if you feel an undesired reaction coming on. This will calm your mind and give you time to choose your reaction 🧘‍♀️

🔎 Focus - think about the options you have, the choices, in responding to the trigger, choose one that you will be happy about tomorrow 🔍

2️⃣ These are just two simple things you can choose to do now, create new positive habits 2️⃣
