I’m feeling great!

Each day write down 3 things that have gone well or 3 things you are grateful for

They can be big or they can be small. So long as they have gone well, and are positive

1. This week I did a bit of match making, the equine type of course!

Lottie and Andrea are a match made in heaven 💜

2. I helped a friend build a Facebook page for their business

3. I spoke to my mum on the phone and introduced her to Facebook messenger (she loves it)

All these things gave me a warm feel good glow

Write down your 3 today, and every day in your journal.

If you don’t have a journal, buy one. It doesn’t have to be expensive a simple a5 notebook.
